34 Cheap Jewel Toned Fall Wedding Ideas

This year, fall color combinations have some very interesting pairings. I am so delighted at how couples combine interesting choices to create something truly unique for their special day. Below are some of the most popular ones.

1. Blue and Yellow: In this one, blue is the dominant theme and lemon is the accent color. So for example, you can choose any shade of blue from a light sky blue or aqua ocean blue to a dark patriot blue invitation and accent it with either a lemon yellow ribbon or peel off gem stone or accent belt. The darker the invitation, the more the accent is highlighted.

2. Bronze and Burnt Siena: Earth tones are always popular for fall. Here you can combine any of the brown tones with any orange tones to create a stunning combination. So for example your base invitation color can range from a shimmer bronze to a deep chocolate and then accent with oranges or burnt sienna or antique golds for a rich, lush combination.

3. Flame Orange and Watermelon: I have noticed that for summer weddings the dominant color was watermelon with orange accents and now for fall it has reversed with the dominant one being flame with watermelon accents. For locations that have wonderful fall colors, nothing reflects that better than flame orange invitations.  And although watermelon accents highlight well, you can also continue the foliage theme with burnt sienna accents or shades of green or brown.

4. Jewel Tones: Rich, jewel tones such as emerald green or sapphire blue are also popular this year. With these colors you can soften the effect with subtler accents such as aqua, spring moss or white or highlight it with bold colors such as yellow, burgundy or orange.
